The visitors of this website are free to evaluate the information provided and the technicalities, at their sole discretion, based on their personal judgment, their specific profile, as well as their individual wishes and to act according to their will.

Every time visitors/users enter and use the website, they fully and unconditionally accept these terms. Taking into account market conditions and volatility, the Company does not provide any guarantee that its Mutual Funds will achieve their investment objectives.

Interested investors are invited, before making investment decisions, to look carefully and read the Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) , which include the necessary information for investing in the Company's Mutual Funds. Furthermore, interested investors are invited to receive specialized advice from professional legal and tax advisors and then to assess the suitability of the investments they have chosen and the resulting tax consequences.

The Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs), the PROSPECTUS, the regulations and the latest annual and semi-annual reports of the Company Mutual Funds are available in Greek, free of charge at the Company's headquarters, in the distribution network used by the Company, as well as and on this website. For any clarifications or provision of further information, visitors can contact the Customer Service Department of the Company, at +30 210 6124914 and the distribution network of its Mutual Funds.

2.USER RESPONSIBILITY

The requests of the data subjects regarding their personal data and the exercise of their rights, are submitted to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the Company, to the electronic Address dpo@europistiaedak.gr or in writing to the offices of Asset Management (274 Kifissias Avenue, 15232 Chalandri), for the attention of the Data Protection Officer. On this occasion, the Data Subjects Exercise Rights Request Application Form is completed. (1-3 Kifissias Ave., Athens / contact@dpa.gr). In any case, the subjects reserve the right to address, at any time, any issue related to their personal data to the Personal Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifissias Ave., Athens / contact@dpa.gr).

Subject to the contrary statement, all views, statements and information set forth herein belong to the Company and may be modified by the Company at any time, without prior notice.

7.APPLICABLE LAW

The terms of use of the website contained herein are governed by the provisions of Greek law and the courts of Athens are responsible for any issue that arises from their application and interpretation. In the event that any of the terms of use of the website is deemed against the law, invalid or void, it automatically ceases to be valid, without prejudice to the validity of the other terms, which continue to apply normally.
